Refund Policy
John's Uniforms stands behind the merchandise it sells. For your protection, we are happy to offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. All of our customers who return products ordered from johnsuniforms.com will receive a full refund of the product price and applicable sales tax when the returned items are received within 30 days, provided the merchandise is in new condition and still has all original tags. (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.) Refunds can be made in the store as well. Please include a copy of your invoice or we will be unable to properly credit your account and provide a refund. If you are sending the merchandise back to us, be sure to get a delivery confirmation number, so you can be sure we received the merchandise. Departmental Login
To order merchandise with departmental/company patches or logos please start by filling out the registration information. A valid identification card or badge will need to be presented in the store in order to verify the registration information and obtain a departmental/company login and password. This will enable us to verify that you are authorized to receive this merchandise as well as assist you in purchasing merchandise that adheres to your department/company specifications.
